Christian Mission Center Saint Paul was founded in the summer of 2025 by long-term missionaries Viktor and Teresa Kostov, as a gathering for believers and seekers for worship, Bible study and mission.

Viktor Kostov, Ph.D. is missiologist with a degree from Fuller Seminary and a licensed lawyer in Europe (Bulgaria).

Teresa Kostov has a degree in psychology from Berkeley, California and works with missionaries around the world.

The couple has worked for decades in Christian ministry and mission in Eastern and Central Europe and in the US.
